This Deba knife is a product that combines rust-resistant and sharp
silver three (Gin3) steel and stainless soft iron.
Finished by a blacksmith (traditional craftsman) and a sharpener
(traditional craftsman) in Sakai, Osaka.

Aideba knife is a thin and lighter Deba knife (Hon-deba).
The thickness of the blade is about between the Deba knife and the Mioroshi
knife. The characteristic of Aideba knives is that they are thinner and lighter
than Deba knives, so they are easy to handle and suitable for slicing fish
into two or three pieces.

The most popular size in Aideba is 210mm.
