Wasabi and wasabi swamps are drawn in gold lacquer on a custom-made
black lacquered wasabi grater.
Only one in the world.

Wasabi grater made from the finest shark skin. It is expected that this
product will become difficult to obtain in the future or the price will rise.

The finest genuine shark skin is carefully selected and carefully crafted by
craftsmen.
It can be grated finely, and the aroma and spiciness are further enhanced.

Remarks
When grated with shark skin grated, it becomes creamy and smoother than
a metal grater, and the original nutrient sulfinyl can be effectively extracted
to the maximum.
