Each piece is handmade by a furniture craftsman to order.

This is a wooden refrigerator that uses no electricity and only ice to cool
the inside.

As everyone knows, it is used by famous sushi restaurants both in Japan
and abroad.

It takes 2-3 months to make, and we can make it in the original size that
suits your restaurant.

*Made of cypress (Hinoki) with stainless steel lining
*Surface urethane coating
*The height of the shelves is adjustable
*Comes with a rack and a case for ingredients.
*Place ice on the top shelf to cool the inside.
*Since it is not electric, the ingredients  will not dry out.

The water from the melted ice is discharged to the outside via
an internal hose.

When you sign up for a specific newsletter, we (Kabuki Knives ) add your email address to a corresponding mailing list. While it is there, we know that we can contact you by email regarding that topic.
