We ship using leading internationally trusted shipping companies.

Our standard deliveries are made during normal business hours, Monday to Friday; to ensure prompt delivery, someone must be present to sign for the parcel.

Shipping companies vary by destination, but based on experience,We will arrange the most suitable shipping company such as DHL and EMS according to the destination country.

As soon as the Tracking number is issued, we will inform you tracking number by shipping information email.


After processing, (which may be subject to delay if we are out of stock of any items ordered, in which case we will notify you).


*For international orders, delivery times vary depending on location.
*Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination address.

We do not accept orders for certain address types. –please read our delivery restrictions before placing an order.

PUNCTUALITY OF SERVICE

Please note that the punctual service provided by the carrier cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery time cannot be specified for international shipping.

DAMAGED PARCELS

We take pride in packing your order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. 
But unfortunately, there are times when parcels incur damage while in transit. If a parcel shows clear signs of damage at the time of delivery, we ask that please you refuse the parcel and ask the courier to return the goods to sender.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

We are happy to delivery your order to an address that is different to your normal billing address. To do this, simply enter the desired delivery address during the checkout process.

We can also deliver your order to place of employment as long as there is someone who is able to receive and sign for the delivery on your behalf.

NOTE:If you pay with PayPal, we will ship to the shipping address specified on PayPal.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

Orders with Post Box Numbers as delivery addresses will not be dispatched and processing will be delayed while we contact you for a valid delivery address.




When you sign up for a specific newsletter, we (Kabuki Knives ) add your email address to a corresponding mailing list. While it is there, we know that we can contact you by email regarding that topic.

You can always have your email address removed from our mailing lists. There are multiple ways to do it:

We may use a third-party email service (MailChimp and/or Mad Mimi) to send newsletters. Some members of our staff can view mailing lists with email addresses. That way they’ll be able to remove your email address from the mailing list, should you request us to do so.

Please note that mailing lists are independent from each other. If you decide not to receive newsletters at all, you’ll have to unsubscribe from all the mailing lists. Even if you do that, you’ll still receive account-related emails (such as order status notifications, password reset emails, and more). It is essential for operating an online store.

If you decide that you no longer want to use our store and would like to have your personal data removed from our database (or if you’d like to get all the personal data associated with your account that we have), please send an email to service@kabukiknives.com.

If you believe that your personal data has been misused, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We’re obliged by EU General Data Protection Regulation to let you know about this right; we don’t actually intend to misuse your data.
