The 1141 series is a one of Western kitchen knife made in Sakai,
and compared to the original European kitchen knife, it has two points,
the hardness of quenching hardness and the thin blade by hand finish
sharpening,and it claims its pride.

In particular, the tip of the blade has been sharpened in a single-edged
style, which is a characteristic of Japanese knives, and has gained a good
reputation overseas in combination with the stable main steel of AUS8A.

It is a metal integrated type that does not allow food waste to remain and
prevents food poisoning bacteria from entering.
Also compatible with dishwashers. High-purity MoV steel is heat-treated
moderatelyby the traditional Sakai quenching method.

1141 series Steel Details
It has a tenacious and sharp blade. 8A has
0.8% carbon, 13-14% chrome, 0.25% molybdenum, 0.1-0.3% vanadium, and
composition properties similar to 440B,and since the content of chrome components
is low, it is a steel material that is easy to sharpen and easy to use.
